Balboa Peninsula

A small addition with big challenge in upgrading structural integrity. The old smaller freestanding garage was demolished and a new larger attached garage was constructed. The existing rotting wood foundation had to be replaced. This required literally lifting the house off the ground so a new concrete foundation could be constructed. Once settled on its new foundation, interior remodel was performed and a bay window added.

This preservation of an existing beach cottage was of significant note to the Orange County Register.
