PREDESIGN PHASE

Initial Meeting to Discuss Project. Programming; after signing of Agreement, Architect gathers information to design project.

DESIGN PHASE
|
Schematic designs are prepared based on the Owner’s approved program. Design Development Drawings are prepared establishing the Scope and character of the project.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE
|
Detailed working drawings and specifications are prepared. |
|
BIDDING/NEGOTIATION PHASE
|
The architect assists the owner in the selection of a contractor. |
|
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
|
The architect will advise and consult with the owner and make periodic site visits and process pay requests. |
|
POST CONSTRUCTION PHASE
|
After completion the architect will assist the owner with any necessary follow-up with the contractor. |
